(1) Members and judges shall submit the details of their assets in the name of themselves and their families to the Council of Justice in the prescribed format within sixty days from the end of each financial year.

(2) In sub-section (1) Regardless of what is written, after the expiry of the period as per sub-section (1), the appointed member and judge shall submit the property statement as per sub-section (1) to the Judicial Council within sixty days from the date of his appointment.

(3) Sub-section ( The property details as per 1) or (2) shall be kept confidential.

(4) Details of the judges who do not submit the property details within the period as per sub-section (1) shall be prepared by the secretary of the Judicial Council and submitted to the Judicial Council.
